Western Indian OceanCleaner Wrasse, Labroides dimidiatus, is found on coral reefs from Eastern Africa and the Red Sea to French Polynesia. The Labroides dimidiatus eats parasites and dead tissue off larger fishes' skin in a mutualistic relationship. Cleaner wrasses are brilliant blue with a broad jet-black band that runs from the tip of the snout to the end of the tail.
