Blue and White Wrasse

West Pacific, ranging from Japan along the eastern coast coast of New Guinea to eastern Australia, and along Wallace's line south to west Bali. Coastal and inner coral reefs along upper part of slopes and on reef crests with Acropora corals. Adults occur in small loose groups of females, with a dominant male nearby. Juveniles occur singly in corals. Length to 12cm.
