We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic customer focused individual to join our IN-HOUSE team, with experience in picking and packing goods.
This person will also be responsible for dry goods sales out of the Cash and Carry, so a people person with good sales skills will be essential.
Strength in building relationships with retail customers and with all aspects of on-site customers, including telephone enquiries are key to the success of this role and its part in overall operations.
Duties highlighted below include key responsibilities but are not exhaustive:
Cash and Carry
Dealing with calling customers
Picking/ packing their orders
Packing orders for overnights and couriers
Meet and greet customers
Help calling customers select stock
Customer service calls
Logging calls onto X3 (bespoke CRM system)
Promoting deals/New products
After Sales support
Attend occasional trade shows / hobbyist events
Good interpersonal skills
Organised and manages time well
Aquatic experience and product knowledge (advantageous)
Hours of Work: Monday –Friday 7.30am-4.30pm
|FISH-HOUSE ASSISTANTS (Full time)||Chorleywood||LONFH2||October 09 2018||November 05 2018||Open/Close|
Fish House Assistants are critical to the daily operations of our Livestock business. You would be working as part of a very busy team in our modern fish holding facilities. General duties include assisting with the tank maintenance, feeding, handling livestock and dealing with customers in the Fish-House.
Contracted working hours are Monday to Friday (45 hours per week / shift rota), due to the nature of dealing with Livestock, business flexibility in hours is essential and some evening and weekend work will be required. The successful candidate should have an interest in aquatics or animal care, and be enthusiastic, hard-working, and eager to learn all aspects of fish husbandry. Full training is provided. Travel to this site is arduous on public transport, so own transport is preferable.
